Yes! Every new business receives a 3-month free Findr Elite trial with full access to all features, regardless of which post-trial plan they pick. A payment method is required during profile setup — you won't be charged until the trial ends.
What happens when my free trial ends?
After your 3-month free trial ends, billing begins automatically at your selected plan's monthly rate. Automated reminders are sent 30, 14, 7, and 1 day before trial expiration.
What are document limits?
Findr Pro includes 20 quotes, 20 invoices, and 20 waste transfer notes per month. Findr Elite includes 60 of each. Limits reset monthly.
Can I top up my document limit?
Yes, Findr Pro and Elite users can purchase top-up packs: 10 additional documents for £9.99 or 25 for £17.99. Top-ups apply per document type.
Can I change my plan anytime?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your dashboard with prorated billing. When downgrading, your data is preserved but higher-tier tools become inaccessible until you upgrade again.
How do team members work on Findr Elite?
Findr Elite lets you invite up to 5 team members to your account. You create their profile, and they receive an email to set their own password and configure mandatory multi-factor authentication (MFA).
What about online invoice payments?
Findr Elite members can offer instant online payments for invoices via Stripe. You can choose to absorb processing fees or pass them to the customer. This feature is exclusive to Findr Elite.
What if I don't want to continue after the trial?
You can cancel before the trial ends without being charged. Your subscription will not convert to a paid plan. Please note that if you request full account closure, your data is archived for 7 years in compliance with regulatory requirements.
